My mission is to support others while they rediscover who they are, make healthy lifestyle changes to improve their quality of life, and reconnect to their natural healing capabilities through mind, body and soul connection.

All services offered are modalities that bring the body closer to healing and recovery. I offer both hands on and energy healing for relaxation, pain relief, and injury recovery.

Reiki Training
Interested in learning more about the natural gift of healing? The skills and techniques associated with Reiki are simple and easy to learn. Regular contact with Reiki will bring balance to the mind body and spirit.
